'~ CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 77 -~So BY : ~~. .LL.~r,•~,~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 945.05 ENTITLED "RATES, CHARGES AND DEPOSITS" OF CHAPTER 945 ENTITLED "COMMUNITY CABIN" OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED,. AS AMENDED. WHEREAS, the Council has determined that the rates and charges currently in effect for the rental of the Community Cabin must be up-graded, and WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish new rates and charges to properly reflect the existing economic conditions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION l: That Section 945.05 entitled "Rates., Charges and Deposits" of Chapter 945, entitled "Community Cabin" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, which now reads as follows: "945.05 RATES, CHARGES AND DEPOSITS. The rates, charges and deposits for the rental of the Community Cabin shall be as follows: Nonprofit North Olmsted Organization (Sixty percent of members must be residents of North Olmsted) No damage or breakage Evening (except Saturday Evening) $11.00 deposit required Saturday evening. 22.00 Afternoon 8.50 Morning 6.00 North Olmsted Resident or North Olmsted Organization, Other than Above (Sixty percent of members must be residents of North Olmsted) $25.00 damage or breakage deposit required Evening (except.Saturday Evening). 44.00 Saturday evening 55.00 Afternoon 22.00 Morning 16.50 Outside Organization or Individual $25.00 damage or breakage deposit required Evening (except Saturday evening) 66.00 Saturday Evening 110.00 Afternoon 33.00 Morning 27.00 The above rates shall be effective June 4, 1968. a.
