RESOLUTION N0. 77 -~~ <br />BY : Cj~t'~ , ~~~~ <br />A ESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR <br />0 PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS <br />FOR DIESEL FUEL AND MOTOR OIL. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director o_f Public Service be, and <br />he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for diesel fuel and <br />motor oil according to the specifications now on file in his office, <br />and that upon approval by the Board o.f_ Control, the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf. of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force rom an after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: S" ~~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
