Width: 3 ft.; Approximate thickness: 2 incY?es. Pavement markings after completion of the work are the responsibility of the City. The edge lines are to be placed so as to provide a twenty (20j ft.. and twenty-two (22) ft. pavement width and a three (3) ft. paved shoulder on each side. has been la~rfully appropriated for such purpose and is in the treasury to the credit of, or has been levied, placed on the duplicate and in process of collection for the appropriate fund and not appropriated for any other purpose; or is being obtained by sale of bonds issued on account of said improverr~ nt, which bonds are sold and in process of delivery.
