The lump sum participation is inserted in Section <br />II and IT_A, Page 1, of the legislation. The lump sum amount is <br />$12,320.00. This includes 20f of the estimated cost of the resurfac- <br />e ng and 100f of the estimated cost of adjusting municipally owned <br />utilities to conform with the completed improvement. <br />P.egarding Section VI (Emergency Clause) all signatures shall be affixed. <br />If the Mayor is also President of Council, he should write in the word <br />"same" in the space provided for the President of Council's signature. <br />The Contractual Officer shall sign where indicated and shall be the <br />person authorized to sign by Section III. Clerk's .Certificate of <br />copy shall be completed with seal affixed. <br />Form CS-13, three (3) copies of which are enclosed, is to be pro- <br />cessed by the City. Payment for utility adjustments is not a highway <br />obligation and pay~rnen.t thereof must be made by the City. There are <br />Twenty-four (2~-) utility castings which must be adjusted at a cost of <br />$1,920.00. This amount is included in the lump sum participation. <br />
