Wesk <br />Councilman-at-Larg• <br />A poll of the Council of North Olmsted, Ohio, was <br />taken on April 5, 1977, and the following Councilmen voted against <br />the acceptance of dedication of Laura Venue, Schwartz Avenue, <br />Coralyn Avenue, Austin Drive, within the Columbia Village Apartments: <br />Dolores D. Sharpe <br />Frank E. Beaty <br />Janet A. Beringer <br />John D. Fairfield <br />James D. Boehmer <br />Ronald J. Wilamosky <br />The following Councilmen voted for acceptance of <br />dedication: <br />None <br />The reason for refusal is that these streets do not <br />conform to North Olmsted standards for dedicated streets as set <br />forth in Ordinance No. 64-95. Accordingly, the City of North Olmsted <br />does not want to be responsi~le for the maintenance of the road and <br />sewer, as well as other obligations which are required if the road is <br />dedicated as a public right of way. <br />Very truly yours, <br />Nora T.
