~~. <br />...~,. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />~i ORDINANCE N0. 77 - z~j% <br />BY : /.~t/, ~c,,1,~ <br />AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED'S INTEREST <br />REGARDING PATENT NUMBER 565,604 <br />WHEREAS, J. Howard Childs, while in the employment of the <br />City of North Olmsted, developed an Odor Abatement Burner for <br />which a patent was obtained, and <br />WHEREAS, by agreement, the City of North Olmsted and J. <br />Howard Childs each has retained a Fifty Percent (500) interest <br />in said patent, and <br />WHEREAS, This Council desires to recognize the City's <br />interest in said patent. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the City of North Olmsted does hereby <br />recognize an accept a Fifty Percent (500) interest in Patent <br />No. 565,604. <br />SECTION Z: That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby <br />directe to accept and retain control over the City's interest in <br />said patent which is to be made part of the City Records. <br />SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force rom an after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: G~~~t.GC..Ei <br />ATTEST: !~ /, <br />NORA T.
