<br />AN ORDINANCE LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE
<br />REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR OF SIDEWALKS AT SUNDRY
<br />LOCATIONS IN THE CITY, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
<br />WHEREAS, written objections have been filed with this Council to
<br />the estimated final assessments reported by the City Engineer for the replace-
<br />ment and repair of sidewalks at sundry locations on the following streets of
<br />the City: Andrus Avenue, Beaumont Drive, Burns Road, Butternut Ridge Road,
<br />Carey Lane, Charles Road, Christman Drive, Clague Road, Clifford Road, Coe
<br />Avenue, Columbia Road, Decker Road, Elm Road, Evergreen Drive, Fairlawn Drive,
<br />Fitch Road, Florence Drive, Forest Ridge Drive, Frank Road, Gessner Road,
<br />Gareau Drive, Grace Road, Hampton Drive, Holly Drive, Lorain Road, Lucydale
<br />Avenue, Magnolia Drive, Maplehurst Road, Marion Road, McKenzie Road, Palm
<br />Drive, Paisley Drive, Park Ridge Drive, Porter Road, Sherwood Drive, Stearns
<br />Road, Sunset Oval, Theresa Lane, Walter Road, W. 230th Street and W. 231st
<br />Street, in accordance with Resolution Nos. 74-114, 74-115, 74-116 and 74-117
<br />adopted by this Council on July 16, 1974; and
<br />WHEREAS, this Council has considered such written objections and
<br />has determined that certain of the estimated final assessments should be reduced;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North
<br />Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio:
<br />Section 1: That the following assessments for the cost and expense
<br />of replacing and repairing the sidewalks designated in Resolution Nos. 74-114,
<br />74-115, 74-116 and 74-117, where such sidewalks were not constructed by the
<br />abutting property owners pursuant to the option offered by said resolutions
<br />should be reduced as follows:
