<br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 77 -/ <br />Page 2 <br />SECTION 2: That this Council further objects on the basis <br />that the U.S. Postal Service is penalizing future residents of the <br />City of North Olmsted for compliance with the Subdivision regulations <br />and the Zoning Code pertaining to lot requirements of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 3: That this Council requests that the United States <br />Postal ervice immediately review Form 697 and to remove therefrom <br />the unreasonable minimum lot size and set-back requirements. <br />SECTION 4: That the Clerk of this Council is directed to send <br />a Certi ie copy of this Resolution to the Following: T.C. Johnson, <br />Director of Customer Services, U. S. Postal Services, Cleveland, Ohio; <br />Benjamin Bailor, Postmaster General, U.S.A.; Gerald H. Hammerstein, <br />Postmaster; Earl R. Clark, District Manager; Carl C. Ulsaker, Acting <br />Regional Postmaster General; Senator John H. Glenn; Senator Howard <br />Metzenbaum and Congressman Ronald Mottl. <br />SECTION 5: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it <br />is immediately necessary to provide for proper mail delivery within <br />prospective subdivisions, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effeEt and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~f. /j~ <br />ATTEST : ~-~-` <br />N H C C <br />APPROVED: /8/77 <br />~ - - -. <br /> /' <br />-r •°, ~. <br />,~J <br /> / <br />I ER , R ~ F C UN I <br />E.
