<br />1979 LEGISLATION - PAGE 10 <br />79-156 An ordinance to make appropriations and to transfer appropriations for current <br />expenses and other expenditures f_or the City of North Olmsb--d, Ohio, for the <br />year ending December 31, 1979, as amended. <br />79-157 A resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 1980 all tax money due and owing said <br />City from any collection source. <br />79-158 An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for the deposit <br />of public monies with the institutions designated by Council as depositories for <br />the active and interim accounts of the City. <br />79-159 An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the consulting <br />firm of John David Jones and Associates, Inc. for the preparation of plans, <br />specifications and estimates for the improvement of Dover Center Road from <br />Butternut Ridge Raod to the north corporation line. <br />79-160 A resolution urging the General Assembly of the State of Ohio to permit the <br />burning of leaves during the months of September, October, and November of <br />each year. *****TABLED***** <br />79-161 A resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Westmark Development <br />Co., resubdivision in the City of North Olmsted. <br />79-162 A resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the <br />Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certify- <br />ing them to the County Auditor. <br />79-163 A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for a new 1979 or 1980 pickup truck to be used in the operation of the Municipal <br />Bus Garage, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-164 An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to hire the services of the architectural <br />firm of Lipaj & Tomsik for the purpose of obtaining estimates of cost for the <br />renovation and refurbishing of the existing Community Cabin. **TABLED** <br />79-165 An ordinance authorizing Mayor to enter into agreemtns for the interchange of <br />public service personnel, public service equipment and the services of the Public <br />Service Depts. of six communities of Bay Village, Fairview Park, Lakewood, N.O., <br />Rocky River and Westlake. <br />79-166 An ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map and Fiil: if the City of NOrth <br />Olmsted to provide for the installation of stop signs at the intersection of <br />Sparky Lane and Brobkpark Extension in the City of North Olmsted. <br />79-167 A resolution designating the yellow marigold as the official City flower. <br />79-168 An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement for the interchange <br />of police personnel, police equipment and the police services of the Police Depts. <br />of the six communities of Bay Village, Fairview Park, N.O.,R.R.,Westlake, Lakewood. <br />79-169 A resolution urging the Ohio Department of Transportation to reconsider its <br />decision to eliminate noise barriers in Location #13 from Fitch Road, 1,650 <br />feet west on the north side of 1480 and also on the south side. <br />79-170 A resolution naming the Chrysanthemum Maximum (Daisy) the official City flower. <br />**** TABLED **** <br />79-171 A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for the installation of a water main at the Senior Citizens Multi-Purpose <br />Service Center located in North Olmsted'Park, and declaring an emergency.
