0 <br />ATTTHnRT7TNG <br />C) <br />79-9 Resolution authorizing the filing of an application with the Department of <br />Transportation, United States of America, through the Northeast Ohio Areawide <br />Coordinating Agency, the designated recipient for this area, for a mass transporta- <br />tion operating assistance grant under the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964, <br />as amended by the Naitonal Mass Transportation Assistance Act of November 26, 1974, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />79-14 An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Cimter, Inc.} <br />for the purpose of promoting and selling advertising at the North Olmsted <br />Recreation Complex, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-22 A resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor to make application to the <br />Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners for approval to use Cuyahoga County <br />Motor Vehicle $5.00 License Tax Funds for participation with the County in the <br />improvement of Canterbury Road, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-21 A resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor to make application to the <br />Cuyahoga County Board of Comnnissioners for approval to use Cuyahoga County <br />motor vehicle $5.00 license tax funds for participation with the County in the <br />improvement of Traffic Signal Control Devices at the Lorain Road Intersections <br />of Stearns Road, Sparky Lane, Great Northern Blvd. and Columbia Road, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />79-20 An ordinance authorizing the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to join with other <br />municipalities and the suburban water task force committee of the Cuyahoga <br />County Mayors and City Managers Association in a coordinated effort to prosecute <br />litigation against the City of Cleveland styled, Cities of Cuyahoga County vs. City <br />of Cleveland, Case Nos. 75 943313 and 76 957186, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-26 An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the architectural <br />firm of Lipaj-Tomsik for the purpose of preparing detailed plans, specifications, <br />and bid documents for an addition to the Community Cabin which is to be used for <br />a Senior Center. <br />79-35 An ordinance authorizing the Director of Law of the City of North Olmsted to settle <br />the case of Big 0 Oldsmobile, Inc., vs. City of North Olmsted, Court of Appeals <br />Case No. 39528, and declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />79-38 An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an <br />agreement with John David Jones and Associates, Inc., Architects, for the purpose <br />of preparing plans and specifications for the construction of a concession-restroom <br />structure at the Bradley Road Recreation Field, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-51 A resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to apply for a <br />Federal Grant for outdoor recreation purposes, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-52 An ordinance authorizing the lease of surplus property owned by the City of North <br />Olmsted located in the area of the North Olmsted Recreation Center Complex in <br />the City of North Olnisted, as amended. <br />79-62 A resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor to make application to the Cuya- <br />hoga County Board of Commissioners for approval to use Cuyahoga County Motor <br />Vehicle $5.00 License Tax funds for participation with the County in the improve- <br />ment of Bradley Road from the west county line to the North Olmsted north corpor- <br />ation line for surface treating, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-67 A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Robert C. Hill, <br />landscape architect, for the purpose of developing a Master Plan1 for North Olmsted <br />Park, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-74 An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the consulting <br />firm of Dalton, Dalton, Newport, Inc. for the preparation of a 201 facilities <br />plan including an infiltration/flow analysis for the North Olmsted Sanitary <br />Sewage Service Area.
