Della Vella Building Company for storm <br />sewers located in the Timber Trail Subdivision within the City of North Olmsted. <br />79-3 A resolution authorizing the Director of Safety to advertise for bids for one <br />(1) gymnastic mat for use in the Recreation Department. <br />79-4 A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for a <br />12 ton utility service van for the Wastewater Treatment System, and authorizing <br />the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-5 An ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for al 1 Council at Large <br />Members of the City for the term of office commencing January 1, 1980 and ending <br />December 31, 1983, and declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />79-6 An ordinance establishing a policy of requiring all uniform sworn personnel in <br />the Fire Department to become certified paramedics within thirty six (36) months <br />of date of hiring. **DEFEATED** <br />79-7 A resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Timber Trail Resubdivision <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />79-8 A resolution accepting for recording purposes only Groveland Garden Subdivision <br />No. 4 in the City of North Olmsted. <br />79-9 Resolution authorizing the filing of an application with the Department of <br />Transportation, United Steates of America, through the Northeast Ohio Areawide <br />Coordinating Agency, the designated recipient for this area, for a mass <br />transportation operating assistance grant under the Urban Mass Transportation Act <br />of 1964, as amended by the National Mass Transportation Assistance Act of <br />November 26, 1974, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-10 A resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 1979 all tax money due and owing said City from <br />an?. collection source. <br />79-11 A resolution that North Olmsted City Council support the 9.9 mill North Olmsted <br />Public School emergency levy which will be placed on the ballot at the special <br />election March 29, 1979, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-12 A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to purchase six (6) graves <br />in Lot No. 398 in Butternut Ridge Cemetery from Mrs. W. V. Gage, which were <br />previously sold to Mrs. W. V. Gage. <br />79-13 A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />30,000 pounds of nitric acid for use at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. <br />79-14 An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Cimter, Inc., <br />for the purpose of promoting and selling advertising at the North Olmsted Recreation <br />Complex, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-15 An ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of North <br />Olmsted of a proposed amendment to the Charter of the City of North Olmsted re- <br />lating to public bidding, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-16 An ordinance amending the Traffic Control '?tap and File of the City of North <br />Olmsted by barring the parking of vehicles on the side of each and every street <br />in the Cify of North Olmsted whereon the fire hydrants are located. <br />:e*TART FTl4e:e
