79-1 An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1979. <br />79-10 A resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 1979 all tax money due and owing said <br />City from any collection source. <br />79-17 An ordinance amending Section 1 and Section 2 of Ordinance 78-107 entitled "An <br />ordinance amending Section 1 and Section 2 of Ordinance No. 78-15 entitled "An <br />ordinance establishing compensation to be paid to the employees of the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency',' and declaring an emergency" <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />79-18 An ordinance amending Section 3 of Ordinance 78-15 entitled 11An ordinance <br />establishing compensation to be paid to the employees of the NoYth Clmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency", and declaring an emergency. <br />79-20 An ordinance authorizing the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to join with other <br />municipalities and the Suburban Water Task Force Committee of the Cuyahoga <br />County Mayors and Citiy Ma.nagers Association in a coordinated effort to prosecute <br />litigation against the City of_ Cleveland styled, Cities of Cuyahoga County vs. <br />City of Cleveland, Case Nos. 75 943313 and 76 957186, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-24 A resolution providing forthe call for redemption of the outstanding second <br />mortgage sewerage system revenue bonds of the City and declaring an emergency. <br />79-37 An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1979, <br />as amended. <br />79-61 An ordinance to provide for the issuance of notes in anticipation of the levy of <br />special assessments and in anticipation of the issuance of bonds to pay the <br />property owners' portion of the cost of improving Mill Road by constructing a <br />concrete sidewalk, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-59 An ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds for the purpose of improving the recreational facilities of the City by <br />constructing a building housing an ice skating rink, swimming pool, tennis courts <br />and appurtenant facilities, constructing a toboggan slide, acquiring, developing <br />and improving the site therefor, and providing furnishings and equipment for such <br />recreation center and grounds, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-60 An ordinance transferring appropriations for current expenses and other expendi- <br />tures for the City of North Olmsted, Clno, for the year ending December 31, 1979. <br />79-76 An ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds for the purpose of providing funds to purchase motorized vehicles and <br />equipment of the Department of Public Service, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-86 A resoluton adopting the budgetof the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year <br />beginning January 1, 1980, and submitting the same to the County Auditor and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />79-88 An ordinance transferring appropriations for curretn expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1979. <br />79-101 An ordinance to provide for the issuance of $110,000 renewal notes in anticipation of <br />the levy of special assessments and in anticipation of the issuance of bonds to <br />pay the property owners' portion of the cost of constructing, replacing, and <br />repairing concrete sidewalks at sundry locations in the City, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />79-115 An ordinance authorizing the issuance of renewal notes in anticipation of the <br />issuance of bonds for the purpose of providing funds to purchase two ambulances <br />and a fire pumper for the Division of Fire of the Department of Public Safety.
