ic <br />? <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />79-11 A resolution that North Olmsted City Council support the 9.9 mill North Olmsted <br />Public School emergency levy which will be placed on the ballot at the special <br />election March 29, 1979, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-35 An ordinance authorizing the Director of Law of the City of North Olmsted to settle <br />the case of Big 0 Oldsmobile, Inc., vs. City of North Olsmted, Court of Appeals <br />Case No. 39528, and declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />79-41 A resolution advocating legislation to make the Public Utilities Commission of <br />Ohio directly responsible to the voters. <br />79-54 A resolution endorsing Congressman Mottl's Bill HR 2215 to repeal a portion of <br />the Social Security Amendment of 1977, reducing benefits to certain spouses and <br />surviving spouses, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-87 A resolution urging the Ohio Department of Correction to suspend application of <br />minimum standeards for jails in Ohio as applicable to 72-hour facilities, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />79-95 An ordinance designating the North Olmsted Community Improvement Corporation as <br />the agency of the Ctiy of North Olmsted, Ohio, for industrial, commercial, <br />distribution and research development, authorizing the execution of an agreement <br />and plan, and repealing Ordinance No. 68-7, and declaring an emergency. <br />79-117 A resolution acknowledging, adopting, and ratifying a tree planting program <br />on Lorain Road in the City of North Olmsted sponsored by the North Olmsted <br />Chamber of Commerce. <br />79-123 An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North OLmsted to enter into an <br />agreement with City Line, Inc., an Ohio corporation, for the purpsoe of trans- <br />ferring the City's interest back to City Line, Inc., with respect to property <br />known as Permanent Parcel Number 234-18-21, for valuable consideration. <br />79-124 A resolution adopting the Ohio Public Employees Deferred Compensation Program <br />permitting all eligible employees of the City of North Olmsted to defer a <br />portion of their compensation. <br />79-140 A resolution commending achievement of First Class Award in Girl Scouting. <br />79-65 A resolution in support of the City of Lakewood in pending appellate proceedings <br />against Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company. <br />79-169 A resolution urging the Ohio Department of Transportation to reconsider its <br />decision to eliminate noise barriers in Location #13 from Fitch Road, 1,650 <br />feet west on the north side of 1480 and also on the south side, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />79-167 A resolution designating the yellow marigold as the official City flower.
