That there be appropriated from the Sewer Debt Fund ........ .......................................... $ 100,000 Section 3. That there be appropriated from the Police Pension Fund .......................................... $ 20,000 Section 4. That there be appropriated from the Fire Pension Fund .......................................... $ 20,000 Section 5. That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of the Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. Section 6. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of an in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided, further that the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the other specific appropriations herein made. Section 7. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article 1V, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
