That there be appropriated from the SEWER REVENUE <br />FUND the following: <br />SEWER REVENUE FUND <br />Plant Wages ............................ $ 18,000 <br />Plant Maintenance ...................... 25,000 <br />Chemicals .............................. 10,000 <br />Total $ 53,000 <br />Section 6. That there be appropriated from the RECREATION <br />COMPLEX FUND the following: <br />R-ECREATION COMPLEX FUND <br />Wages .................................. $ 15,000 <br />Pro Shop Stock ......................... 1,000 <br />PERS ................................... 4,800 <br />Services ............................... 12,000 <br />Hospitalization ........................ 300 <br />Operating Supplies ..................... 1,900 <br />Building Maintenance & Repair.......... 5,000 <br />Total $ 40,000 <br />Section 7. That there be appropriated from the POLICE PENSION <br />FUND the following: <br />POLICE PENSION FUND $ 3,659•22 <br />Section 8: That there be appropriated from the FIRE PENSION <br />FUND the following: <br />FIRE PENSION FUND $ 3,659.22 <br />Section g. That the Clerk of Council shatl immediately forward an <br />attested copy of the Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 10. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized to <br />draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, <br />approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an <br />Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that <br />no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided <br />further that the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon <br />approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a <br />legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those <br />covered by the other specific appropriations herein made. <br />Section 11. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of <br />the City of North Olmsted.
