<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 79 - 136 <br />BY: Q ? <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PERMIT REQUIRE- <br />MENTS FOR THE USE OF ALL BASEBALL DIAMONDS, <br />FIELDS, AND FACILITIES OPERATED AND FALLING <br />UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE RECREATION <br />DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />WHEREAS, in the past the City of North Olmsted has experienced <br />conflicts in scheduling the the use of baseball diamonds, fields, <br />and other facilities, and <br />WHEREAS, it is recommended by the Recreation Commission that <br />the use of facilities as hereinbefore specified be scheduled by <br />virtue of organizations desiring to use them obtaining a permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Safety is hereby <br />authorized?to prepare permit forms which shall be obtained by any <br />person or organization desiring to use City facilities for recreation <br />purposes, which facilities shall include, but not be limited to, <br />baseball diamonds, fields, and other facilities within the jurisdiction <br />of the Recreation Department.
