.?? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 79-134 <br />. <br />BY : <br />A RESOLUTION AUTlIORIZING TFE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR RECAPPING OF <br />TIRES FOR THE AUTOMOTIVE EQUIPMENT OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED AND AUTHORI Z ING TEE '114AYOR TO <br />CONTRACT FOR SAME, ANll DECLARING AN 04ERGENCY. <br />,..,? <br />? <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF Tf-E CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY <br />OF CUYAHOGA AND S`1'ATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for the recapping of tires for the automotive <br />eauipment of the City in accordance with the specifications now on file in his <br />office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Ma.yor is hereby <br />authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure imme iately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare, and for the further reason that it is necessary to meet the current <br />needs of the City as the present contract expired in September, 1979, and fur- <br />ther provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : ?7t /919 <br />ATTEST: <br />.G?tf? !? • ?2?sc,??./GC? <br />FLORENCE E.
