CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 79- 131 <br />BY : 2i44. _ <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE STARK SUBDIVISION IN <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Stark Subdivision was approved by the Planning <br />Commission on August 28, 1979, and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision consists of the realignment of <br />two existing parcels into two sublots, which subdivision is located <br />on the south side of Lorain Road, east of Canterbury in the <br />vicinity of the Recreation Center driveway, in the City of North <br />Olmsted, <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance with resolutions and ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLM6TED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council, having been advised of the <br />approval of the-Planning Commission of the plat consisting of <br />the realignment of two existing parcels into two sublots, located <br />on the south side of Lorain Road, east of Canterbury in the <br />vicinity of the Recreation Center driveway, and also having been <br />advised by the City Engineer that it meets with the requirements <br />of the resolutio,ls and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, <br />hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution <br />the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said plat to be <br />recorded according to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation <br />of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason <br />that it is immediately necessary to implement the traffic control <br />program relative to the Recreation Center driveway, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: / <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE CAMPB L, C/LERK OF COUNCIL <br />D WEY LIMPERT, PR SIDENT OF <br />COUNCIL <br />i?1 r. ?I A \? ] u ?,_i?.A?A?f?7? • <br />First reading: <br />Second reading: <br />Third reading:
