Law Clerk (Part Time <br />$lo,ooo.oo - $iz)ooo.oo <br />Annually <br />$ 5,838.00 Annually <br />In addition, the Prosecutor <br />shall receive an additional <br />compensation in the amount <br />of $23.10 for each Not Guilty <br />Plea he attends to on behalf <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />$5.00 - $5.50 Per Hour <br />E. The Director of Finance is authorized and directed to pay <br />to the Director of Law the sum of $7,560.00 per annum, payable monthly, <br />for secretarial services and other general office expenses. <br />SECTION 2: That the salary ranges specified herein shall become <br />effective upon the passage hereof. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that <br />there is a great deal of litigation presently pending that requires <br />immediate assistance, and further provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />??r.c?.. 6 • ?ti, ' <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, LERK OF COUNCIL E EY .
