WILA40SKY <br />A RESOLUTION AUT'HORIZING Tf-E DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR VARIOUS SUPPLIES <br />TO BE USED IN THE SERVICE DEPARTT4ENT, AND DECLARING <br />AN IIMERGENCY, AS AP-ENllED. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY T'fIE COUNCIL OF TI-E CITY OF NORTH OLM.STED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby authorized <br />to advertise .or bids for four thousand (4,000) tons of cinders and four thousand <br />(4,000) tons of rock salt to be used in the Service Department, all of which shall be <br />in accordance with specifications now on file in his office, and that upon approval by <br />the Board of Control, the Ma.yor be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a con- <br />tract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure irrnn3diately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and for the further reason that it is necessary to carry on a program of <br />preventative maintenance together with snow removal in the winter season, and further <br />provided it receives an affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED: ? <br />ATTEST : ??_ Z - , ?_a - 2 m ?/' o, <br />&-: -t I - E E.
