Nothing herein shall prevent individual employees from <br />discussing terms and conditions of employment now covered by <br />this Memorandum with the City, however, such communication shall <br />not be used to undermine the position of the Union as the <br />representative of the employees. <br />NON-DISCRIMINATION <br />3. Both the City and the Union recognize their respective <br />responsibilities under the federal and state civil rights laws, <br />fair employment practice acts and other similar constitutional <br />and statutory requirements.
