..? - <br />, ,,I*-, <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 79 - 110 <br />c <br />B Y . <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE METHOD BY WHICH FEES <br />FOR THE USE OF THE FACILITIES OF THE RECREATION <br />CENTER ARE TO BE FIXED, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. <br />79-58, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, by virtue of Ordinance No. 79-58, Council established rates <br />and fees for the use of the facilities of the Recreation Center and upon re- <br />consideration, has determined that certain rates and fees should be adjusted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the basic fees for the use of the Tennis Facilities <br />shall be as follows: <br />A. WINTER SEASON September 17, 1979 through May 18, 1980 <br />Monday through Friday 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. $ 9.00 Per Hour <br />Monday through Friday 5 P.M. to 11 P.M. $11.00 Per Hour <br />Saturday through Sunday 7A.M. to 11 P.M. $11.00 Per Hour <br />B. SUMMER SEASON <br />Monday through Sunday 7 A.M. to 11 P.M. $ 7.00 Per Hour <br />C. PERMANENT AND LEAGUE COURT TIME $ 8.00 Per Hour <br />$10.00 Per Hour <br />D. JUNIOR (WALK-ON) COUP.T TIME (Student under 18 yrs.) $ 5.50 Per Hour <br />E. INSTRUCTIONAL COURT TIME $ 6.00 Per Hour <br />F. EDJCATIOIJAL 1NSlITUTIUNS <br />At such time as the facility is not otherwise scheduled, prior to <br />4 P.M. Monday through Friday, the rate for the City or Parochial School and <br />North Olmsted Recreation Program shall be $3.00/$6.00 per hour per court. <br />SECTION 2: That the basic fees for the use of the Aquatic Facilities <br />are as follows: <br />A.
