Seniors receive <br />off Swim Pass price. <br /> <br />(65 Years and Over) will be ad- <br />ice skating sessions for $ .50. <br />twenty percent (20%) discount <br />SECTION 5: The Recreation Center Manager shall publish the fee <br />schedule so established and post same in a conspicuous place in the Build- <br />ing Lobby. All fees so collected shall be deposited into a special fund <br />set up for the Recreation Center and shall be exclusively devoted to the <br />purpose of the Recreation Center. <br />I SECTION 6: The Recreation Center Manager shall, from time to time, <br />review the fee schedule as set forth herein and recommend any changes which <br />shall be deemed necessary along with the reasons therefore to the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission of the City of North Olmsted. Upon approval of said <br />changes, the Parks and Recreation Commission shall recommend said changes <br />to the Council of the City of North Olmsted for approval. The Recreation <br />Manager shall, however, have the discretion to adjust the fee schedule for <br />special events and promotional purposes on a limited basis. The Recreation <br />Center Manager shall also establish spectator admission charges, set prices <br />on merchandise and other services offered for sale. The Recreation Center <br />Manager may pay to the sponsoring organizations not more than fifty percent <br />(50%) of the spectator admission charges derived from the event so sponsored. <br />The Manager may charge the North Olmsted Hockey Club the current ice rate <br />from varsity game receipts and fifty percent (50%) of the balance. In the <br />event the gate is less than the current ice rate, the North Olmsted Hockey <br />Club will be billed the full current ice rate. <br />SECTION 7: The basic fees for the use of the second floor facility <br />for Gymnastics Program at the Recreation Center shall be as follows: <br />Beginners (One 1 1/2 Hour Class Per Week) $ 5.00 Per Week <br />Advanced (One 2 Hour Class Per Week) $ 6.50 Per Week <br />Intermediate (One 1 1/2 Hour Class Per Week) $ 5.00 Per Week <br />Teams I, II, III (Three 3 Hour Classes and <br /> One 3 Hour Dance Class) $15.00 Per Week <br />Open Workout (with instruction) Class Members $ 3.50 Per Hour <br />Open Workout (without instruction) $ 1.50 Per Hour <br />SECTION 8: The basic fees for women's exercise and mini tumblers shall <br />be as follows: <br />Women`s Rhythmic <br />Mini-Tumblers (9 <br />SECTION 9: That <br />of North Olmsted be and <br />or resolutions or parts <br />and the same are hereby <br />Exercise $ 1.75 Per Class <br />Week Session) $25.00 <br />Ordinance 79-58, adopted by the Council of the City <br />the same is hereby repealed, and any other ordinances <br />of ordinances or resolutions in conflict herewith, be <br />repealed. <br />SECTION 10: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is immediately neces- <br />sary to adjust various fees in light of present operating expenses, and fur- <br />ther provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />P A S S E D: JlAg r:f?{?,r <br />ATTF,S <br />? ?
