-t -1 <br />CITY OF NORTH OISI.STED <br />RESOLUTTON N0. 79-105 <br />BY: ? <br />A RES UTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PUR,POSES ONLY <br />THE EVELYN MAE REITZ SUBDIVISION IN TfIF CITY OF <br />NORTH OLAI,STED <br />? <br />WHEREAS, the F.velyn r•'Iae Reitz Subdivision was approved by the <br />Planning Coriunission on July 10, 1979, and referred to Cotuncil, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision consists of the realignment of lot <br />lines of two narcels thereby creating two different lots from two <br />existing lots?which are located in the area of Coltunbia Road and <br />Sunset Chral, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer <br />as being in conformance with Resolutions and Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLTISTED, COUNTY OF CiIYAHOGA, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section l: That this Council ha.ving been advised of the <br />approval o- t e Planning Cornnission of the plat creating two lots <br />fram two existing lots, and also having been advised by the City <br />Engineer that it meets with the requirements of the Resolutions and <br />(}rdinances of the City of North Olmsted hereby approve said plat <br />for recording purposes only.
