? <br />? <br />.' <br />. _ ? <br />FISCAL OFFTCER'S CERTTFICATE <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />July 17, 1.979 <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH pLMSTID, OHTO: <br />The undersigned, as fiscal off3cer of the City ot North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, as defined by Revised Code Section 133.01, hereby certifies as follows <br />in connection with your proposed issue of $110,000 of bonds and notes for <br />the purpose of paying the property owners' portion of the cost of constructing, <br />replacing and repairing concrete sidewalks at sundry locations in the City: <br />1. That the estimated life of the improvements constructed <br />from the proceeds of said issue is hereby certified to be <br />at least five years. <br />2. That the maximum ma,turity of such bonds calculated in accor- <br />dance with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised <br />Code is twenty years, but by reason of the fact that the <br />assessments anticipated by such bonds will be payable in <br />five years, the maximum maturity of the bonds is five years. <br />3. Tha.t the max3.mum maturity of notes issued in anticipation <br />of such bonds is five years from the date of the note <br />originally issued for such purpose, viz.
