The Board of Trustees of the North Olmsted Community Improve- <br />.ment Corporation met in open session with the following trustees in <br />attendance: <br />Mayor Robert W. Swietyniowski Absent: <br />Mary H. Slama James Prokasy <br />Robert Engleson Donald Newport <br />Michael R. Gareau John Sedmack <br />Joseph P. Corrigan <br />Robert Engleson moved the adoption of the following <br />resolution: <br />RESOLUTION TO PROPOSE PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the??North Olmsted Coirnnunity Improvement Corporation <br />(the "Corporation ), a community improvement corporation organized <br />and existing under Chapter 1724, Ohio Revised Code, desires to become <br />the agency and instrumentality of the City of North Olmsted (the <br />"Municipality") for industrial, commercial, distribution and research <br />development pursuant to Section 1724.10, Ohio Revised Code, and to <br />that end has prepared the Agreement and Plan, attached hereto and <br />marked Exhibit "A," which if confirrned by ordinance of the Municipali- <br />ty and executed on behalf of the Corporation and the Municipality <br />would be the Agreement and Plan for industrial, commercial, distri- <br />bution and research development for the Municipality pursuant to <br />Section 1724.10, Ohio Revised Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Corporation therefore desires to propose to the <br />legislative authority of the Municipality that it designate the Cor- <br />poration as the agency and instrumentality of the Municipality <br />for industrial, commercial, distribution and research development, <br />and confirm the terms and provisions of such Agreement and Plan <br />insofar as it embodies and constitutes the Plan of such developulent <br />for the Municipality; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the <br />North Olmsted Community Improvement Corporation: <br />Section 1. That the Corporation propoposes to the legislative <br />authority of the Municipality that such Municipality by ordinance <br />designate the Corporation as the agent and instrumentality of the <br />Municipality for industrial, commercial, distribution and research <br />development and that said Agreement and Plan in substantially the <br />form and containing the provisions attached hereto, incorporated <br />herein and marked as Exhibit "A," be confirmed by such legislative <br />authority of the Municipality and be entered into between the Cor- <br />poration and the Municipality, which Agreement and Plan, when executed <br />by both parties thereto, will constitute the Plan for industrial, <br />commercial, distribution and research development for the Municipality <br />Section 2. That the President or a Vice President and Secretary <br />or Assistant Secretary of this Corporation, are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute the Agreement and Plan, attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "A," on behalf of the Corporation.
