?.. . . ?, ?' • 6/26/79 . The Board of Trustees of the North Olmsted Community Improve- .ment Corporation met in open session with the following trustees in attendance: Mayor Robert W. Swietyniowski Absent: Mary H. Slama James Prokasy Robert Engleson Donald Newport Michael R. Gareau John Sedmack Joseph P. Corrigan Robert Engleson moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION TO PROPOSE PLAN WHEREAS, the??North Olmsted Coirnnunity Improvement Corporation (the "Corporation ), a community improvement corporation organized and existing under Chapter 1724, Ohio Revised Code, desires to become the agency and instrumentality of the City of North Olmsted (the "Municipality") for industrial, commercial, distribution and research development pursuant to Section 1724.10, Ohio Revised Code, and to that end has prepared the Agreement and Plan, attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A," which if confirrned by ordinance of the Municipali- ty and executed on behalf of the Corporation and the Municipality would be the Agreement and Plan for industrial, commercial, distri- bution and research development for the Municipality pursuant to Section 1724.10, Ohio Revised Code; and WHEREAS, the Corporation therefore desires to propose to the legislative authority of the Municipality that it designate the Cor- poration as the agency and instrumentality of the Municipality for industrial, commercial, distribution and research development, and confirm the terms and provisions of such Agreement and Plan insofar as it embodies and constitutes the Plan of such developulent for the Municipality; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the North Olmsted Community Improvement Corporation: Section 1. That the Corporation propoposes to the legislative authority of the Municipality that such Municipality by ordinance designate the Corporation as the agent and instrumentality of the Municipality for industrial, commercial, distribution and research development and that said Agreement and Plan in substantially the form and containing the provisions attached hereto, incorporated herein and marked as Exhibit "A," be confirmed by such legislative authority of the Municipality and be entered into between the Cor- poration and the Municipality, which Agreement and Plan, when executed by both parties thereto, will constitute the Plan for industrial, commercial, distribution and research development for the Municipality Section 2. That the President or a Vice President and Secretary or Assistant Secretary of this Corporation, are hereby authorized and directed to execute the Agreement and Plan, attached hereto as Exhibit "A," on behalf of the Corporation.
