<br />Such initial Plan may be a*nended and supplemented from time

<br />a. The Corpozation, as requested by the 1egislati.ve authoxi,
<br />ty of the Municipality, srall prepaze and maintai.n a cuzzent
<br />inventory and catalog of lands,buildi.ngs , ox' other imp rove:nents
<br />wit?.in the Municipality which are or may become available and
<br />suitavle for acquisition, constructianr i.mprovement oar equipment
<br />as industrial, com:,nercial, distxibution or research deyelopment
<br />facilities in fisrtherance af this Agreement and Plan and the
<br />accomplishment of its purposes. The Corporatian from time to time
<br />wa,ll supplement and amend any such inventory and cata,log i.n order
<br />that it may be currently maintained.
<br />b. i'he Corporation, as requested by the legislati,ve authori-
<br />ty of the Municipali-Ly, shall cause the prepazation of an analysis
<br />of the social, economic, geographic and othez advantages which
<br />the Municipali.ty can offer in suppart of industrial, cQmmercia.l,
<br />distribut1011 or research development in aform suitable fox dis-
<br />tzibution to those which the Corporati;on seeks to interest i.n
<br />such development in the Muni.cipality.
<br />ARTICLE II
<br />Actions in Furtherance af Flan
<br />zn furtherance of the Plan as ,£zom time to time amended
<br />the Corporation:
<br />l, As the agency and instrur_mentali.ty of the Municipality,
<br />shall advance, enco-arage and pror.lote the a,cquisi;tion, canstruc-
<br />tionr i*.nparovement and equipment af buildings, structuxes and
<br />appurtenant facilities, and the acqu.isition of sites thexefox
<br />Cor lease or sale by the Corporation for industrial, commercial,
<br />3istribution and research development activi,ties within the
<br />Kunicipality, Any real or personal pxopezty, ox both, praposed
<br />for acquisition, by gift or-purchase, constxuctian, improvement
<br />)r equipment for suCh purpose is referred to hezea:n as a
<br />'Development Pro j ect °' ,
<br />2. k'ram time to time shall prepare and present to the
<br />?xecutive and legislative authorities of the Municipality recommen-
<br />iations for action to be taken i.n aid of industrial, cozrmlercial,
<br />ii.stribution and research cievelopment in the Municipality, kJhere
<br />ippropariate, such zeconnnendatians shall i.ncZude the location;
<br />-elocation, constxuction, expansion, anodernizationt modification
<br />)r impzovement of municipal facilities or servicesT T?ze Cox-
<br />)oration shall review any Development Project nxoposed to be
<br />=inanced by the Municipality pursuant to the authority granted
<br />)y Article VzII, Section 13, 4hio Consti.tution and Cha.pter 155
<br />)f the Ohi;o Revised Code, to determine whether ax' not such
<br />)evelopment Project is i.n accardance Twith this A,gx'ee-nent and
<br />?lan and following su4h xeview shall certi,fy to such Municipality
<br />:ts detezmination; provided, that if taze legislative autharity of
<br />;uch Municipality shall have issued a written request ta the phio
<br />)evelopment Financing Commission to pxovide the £inancing, then
<br />.he CoxporatiQn shall make the aforesa:id determination and issue
<br />_ts ceztificati.on of that determination to the Qhi;o Develapment
<br />?inancing Commission. '
<br />3. May cause advertising, promotional and educati.anal
<br />iaterial to be prenared, printed or otherwi:se reproduced and
<br />listriiDuted and otherwise made available to such extent and in
<br />;uch manner as in the judgment of the ?orporation will best assist
<br />:he industrial, commercial, distributian and research development
<br />.n the 14unicipality.
