M <br />t <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />ORDINANCE N0. 79 - 94 <br />BY: Mrs. Saringer <br />,+aa•: <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE PORTION OF <br />HAWKINS AVEPdUE NORTH OF VINCENT DRIVE <br />AND SOUTH OF ROBINSON AVENUE LYING BE- <br />'I'IaEFN THE NORTHERNMOST AND SOUTHERNMOST <br />BOUNDARIES OF THE PROPERTIES DESCRIBED <br />AS'PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 231-3-64, SUBLOT <br />19, AND PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 231-3-85, <br />SUBLOT l, ON HAWKINS AVENUE. <br />WH]EREAS, on the 19th day of June , 1979, <br />a petition by persons owning lots in t e immediate vicinity of <br />Hawkins Avenue, more specifically, a section of Hawkins Avenue <br />consisting of the portion lying between the northernmost and <br />southernmost boundaries of Permanent Parcel No. 231-3-64, Sublot <br />19, and Permanent Parcel No. 231-1-85, Sublot 1, ending at the <br />Westlake City Line to the north, and ending at Vincent Drive to <br />the south, was duly presented to Council praying that said street <br />between the points named be vacated and the notice requirements <br />specified in Ohio Revised Code Section 723.026 have been waived <br />by virtue of consent of the affected parties, and <br />WHEREAS, Council, upon hearing, is satisfied that there is <br />;ood cause for such vacation as prayed for, and that it will not <br />be detrimental to the general interest and ought to be made. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Hawkins Avenue, more specifically, a section <br />of Hawins Avenue consisting of the portion lying between the <br />northernmost and southernmost boundaries of Permanent Parcel No. <br />231-3-64, Sublot 19, and Permanent parcel No. 231-$-85, Sublot l, <br />ending at the Westlake City Line to the north, and ending at <br />Vincent Drive to the south, be and the same is hereby vacated, <br />which specific area of vacation is, however, more specifically <br />delineated on the vacation plat presently on file in the office <br />of the City Engineer.
