HILL FOR <br />THE PURPOSES OF PROVIDING TI-F, CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED WITH PROFESSIONAL ADVICE RELATIVE <br />TO A CONPRFHF.NSIVE ZONING PLAN, T(KETHER WITH <br />THE REORGANIZATION OF THE EXTSTING CITY ZONING <br />CODF. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the CoLmcil of the City of North Olmsted <br />to update the existing City Zoning Code, and <br />WEIEREAS, it is further the desire of Council to obtain professional <br />city planning advice relative to updating the Zoning Code. <br />NOjN, T'FEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINEP BY THE COUNCIL OF THF CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUN'I'Y OF CUYAHIX',A, AND STATF OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into an agreement with Robert C. Hi11, City Planner, for the purpose <br />of preparing a comprehensive zoning cod.e, together with a reorganization of <br />the existing Zoning Code, a copy of which agreement is attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A". <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after ti- e rliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />APPROVED: <br />ROBERT W.
