? . ? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLP,I.STED <br />ORDIiNANCE N0. 79- 83 <br />PAGF. 5 . <br />(b) Price rates for all services shall be prominently <br />posted in the reception area in a location available to aIl <br />prospective customers. <br />(c) All employees, including masseurs and masseuses, shall be <br />clean and wear clean, nontransparent outer garments, covering the <br />sexual and genital areas, whose use is restricted to the massage <br />establishment. A separate dressing roam for each sex must be <br />available on the premises with individual lockers for each employee. <br />Doors to such dressing rooms shall open inward and shall be self- <br />closing. <br />(d) All massage establishments shall be provided with clean, <br />1aLmdered sheets and towels in sufficient quantity and sha11 be <br />laundered after each use thereof and stores in a sanitary manner. <br />(e) No massage establishment granted a license under the <br />provisions of this Ordinance shall place, nublish or distribute <br />or cause to be placed, published or distributed, any advertisement, <br />picture, or statement which is lmown, or through the exercise of <br />reasonable care should be Imown, to be false, deceptive or mis- <br />leading in order to induce any person to purchase or utilize any <br />professional massage service. <br />749.13 PERSONS UNDER AGE EIG-ITEFN (18) PROHIBITFD ON PRF.MISES. <br />No person shall permit any nerson under the age of eighteen <br />(18) years to come or remain on the premises of any massage <br />business establishment, as ma.sseur, employee, or patron. <br />749.14 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PROHIBITED. <br />No person shall sell, give, dispense, provide, or keep, <br />or cause to be so1d, given, dispensed, provided, or kept, any <br />alcoholic beverages on the premises of any massage business. <br />749.15 HOURS. <br />No massage business shall be kept open for any purpose between <br />the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M. <br />749.16 IlMPLOYMEVT OF MASSAGIST. <br />No person shall employ as a massagist any person unless said <br />employee has obtained and has in effect a permit issued pursuant <br />to the requirements of the Ohio Revised Code governing the limited <br />practice of inedicine. <br />749.17 INSPECTION REQiJIRED. <br />The Director of Public Safety or his authorized representatives <br />shall from time to time ma.ke insvection of each massage business <br />establishnent for the nurposes of determining that the provisions of <br />this Ordinance are fully complied with. It shall be unlawful for <br />any permittee to fail to allow such inspection officer access to the <br />premises or hinder such officer in any manner. <br />749.18 iJNLAWF ACTS. <br />(a) It shall be unlawful for any person in a massage parlor <br />to place his or her hand or hands upon, to touch with any nart of <br />his or her body, to fondle in any manner, or to massage, a sexual <br />or genital part of any other person. Sexual or genital parts shall <br />include the genitals, pubic area, buttocks, anus, or perinewn of any <br />person or the vulva or breasts of a female.
