BY: <br />a <br />Name of Street: Dover Center Road Ordinance No. - <br />79-79 <br />Gounty Road No. CR-58 Date of Enactment: <br />An Ordinance of Consent enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described 9mprovement under the <br />supervision of the County of Cuyahoga and the Department of Transportation, State <br />of Ohio. - <br />WHEREAS, the County of?Cuyahoga and the Department of Transpartation, <br />State of Ohio is considering the improvement of the public highway which is <br />described as follows: <br />Repair and Resurfacing of Dover Center Raad (CR-58) from <br />Butternut Ridge Road to North Olmsted North Corporation <br />Line in the City of North Olmsted <br />NOW THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of North . <br />Olmsted, Ohio: Section I (Consent) <br /> <br />That it is declared to be in the public interest that the consent ofi <br />said Municipaiity be and such consent is hereby given to the County of Cuyahoga <br />and the Departmerrt of Transportation, State of Ohio to construct the above <br />described improvement in accordance with plans, specifications, and estimates <br />approved by the County. <br />Section II (Cooperation) <br />That said Municipality hereby proposes to cooperate with the County and <br />the Department of Transportation, State of Ohio in the above described <br />improvement as follows: <br />(a) By the preparation of plans and specifications for the improvement <br />(in cooperation with the City of Westlake) to be approved by the <br />County. <br />(b) By the approval of an application by the Board of County <br />Commissioners for municipal cooperation with the County in the <br />cost of the improvement project to the extent of funds received by <br />an allocation from the County Motor Vehicle $5.00 License Tax Fund (exclusive of Section II(a) of this Ordinance). <br />-1- <br />7. } __- ;A-
