<br />CITY OF NORTH OUISTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 79- 73 <br />BY:?? <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />SWIMMING POOL CFiEMICALS TO BE USED AT THE <br />NORTH OIMSTED RECREATION COMPLEX, AND <br />DECLARING AN IIMERGENCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUN'I'Y OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Safety be and he is hereby <br />authorize to a vertise for bids for swimming pool chemicals to be used at <br />the Recreation Complex, all in accordance with specifications now on file in <br />his office, and upon approval of the Board of Control the Ma.yor is hereby <br />authorized to enter into a contract and execute the same on behalf of the <br />City of Nortih Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immiately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare and for the further reason that the swirrnning pool season is upon <br />us and it is necessary to have a storage of chemicals, and further provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force irmnediately upon its passage and approval <br />by the Ma.yor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE C,AMPBELL, CLERK F COUNCIL <br />. <br />DTWI?Y H.
