. . <br />FISCAL OFFICER`S CERTIFICATE <br />North 0].msted, Ohio <br />April 17, 1979 <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF TIiE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO: <br />The uadersigned, as fiscal officer of the Citq of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, as defiaed by Section 133.01 of the Revised Code, hereby certifies as <br />follows in connection with your proposed issue of bonds and notes for the <br />purpose of improning the recreational facilities of the City by constructing <br />a building housing an ice skating rink, swimming pool, tennis courts aad <br />appurtenant facilities, constructing a toboggan slide, acquiring, developing <br />and improving the site therefor, and providing furnishings and equipment for <br />such recreation center and grouads: <br />1. That the estimated life of the property acquired and <br />constructed from the proceeds of such bonds and the <br />notes issued in aaticipation thereof is hereby certi- <br />fied to be at least five years. <br />2. That the maximum maturity of bonds to be issued to paq <br />the cost of such improvemeat, calculated in accordance <br />with Revised Code Section 133.032, is thirty-five years, <br />provided that if notes in anticipation of such bonds <br />are outstanding for a period in excess of five years <br />from the date of the original issue, the period thereof <br />in excess of five qears shall be deducted from such <br />maximum maturity of said bonds. <br />3. The maximum maturitq of the renewal notes now proposed to <br />be issued in anticiption of such bonds is eight years <br />from the date of issuance of the original note, to wit: <br />June 12, 1982, if sold publicly, or one year if sold at <br />private sale. <br />All of which is respectfullq submittad. <br />Director of Finance <br />City of North Olmsted <br />.._..?.? .?...?.....,.
