" <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 79- 58 <br />BY: <br />??. <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE METHOD BY WHICH FEES <br />FOR THE USE OF THE FACILITIES OF THE RECREATION <br />CENTER ARE TO BE FIXED, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE <br />N0. 78-127, AND DECLARING A EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, by virtue of Ordinance No. 78-127, Council established rates <br />and fees for the use of the facilities of the Recreation Center and upon <br />reconsideration, has determined that certain rates and fees should be ad- <br />justed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CIT`? OF NORTIi <br />OLIISTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOCA AND STATE OF OHIO, <br />SECTION 1: That the basic fees for the use of the Tennis Facilities <br />shall be as follows: <br />A. WINTER SEASON <br />September 5, 1979 through May 27, 1979 <br />Monday through Friday 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. $ 9.00 Per Hour <br />Monday th.rough Friday 5 P.M. to 11 P.M. $ 11.00 Per Hour <br />Saturday through Sunday 7 A.M. to 11 P.M. $ 11.00 Per Hour <br />B. SUMMER SEASON May 28, 1979 through September 16, 1979 <br />Monday through Sunday 8 A.M. to 11 P.M. $ 7.00 Per Hour <br />C. PERMANENT AND LEAGUE COURT TIME <br />D.
