Manager shall publish the fee sched- conspicuous place in tlie Building deposited into a special fund set up exclusively devoted to the purpose SECTION 6: The Recreation Center Manager shall, from time to time, review the fee schedule as set forth herein and recommend any changes which shall be deemed necessary along with the reasons therefore to the Parks and Recreation Commission of the City of North Olmsted. Upon approval of said changes, the Parks and Recreation Commission shall recommend said changes to the Council of the City of North Olmsted for approval. The Recreation Manager shall, however, have the discretion to adjust the fee schedule for special events and promotional purposes on a limited basis. The Recreation Center Manager shall also establish spectator admission charges, set prices on merchandise and other services offered for sale. The Recreation Center Manager may pay to the sponsoring organizations not more than fifty percent (50%) of the spectator admission charges derived from the event so sponsored. The Manager may charge the North Olmsted Hockey Club the current ice rate from varsity game receipts and fifty percent (50%) of the balance. In the event the gate is less than the current ice rate, the North Olmsted Hockey Club will be billed the full current ice rate. SECTION 7: The basic fees for the use of the grounds and facility for the Recreation Center shall be as follows: Camp (June 18, 1979 through August 24, 1979) $55.00 Per Week SECTION 8: The basic fees for the use of the second floor facility for Gymnastics Program at the Recreation Center shall be as follows: Beginners (One 1 Hour Class Per Week) $16.00 Per Month Advanced Beginners (One 1 Hour Class Per Week) $16.00 Per Month Intermediate (One 1 1/2 Hour Class Per Week) $23.00 Per Month Advanced (Two 1 1/2 Hour Classes Per Week) $38.00 Per Month Teams I, II, III (Three 2 1/2 Hour Classes and One 3 Hour Dance Class) $50.00 Per Month Open Workout (with instr uction) Class Members $ 2.50 Per Hour New Members $ 5.00 Per Hour SECTION 9: That Ordinance 78-127, adopted by the Council of the City of North Olmsted be and the same is hereby repealed, and any other ordi- nances or resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 10: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is immediately neces- sary to adjust various fees in light of present operating expenses, and fur- ther provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
