<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 79- 49 <br />BY: <br />oll <br />? <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A NEW AND REVISED CWTER <br />1321 OF TfE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF T'f-E CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMST'ED ENTITLED "PERMIT AND INSPE-CTION FEES". <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NOR'ri-f OLMSTED, COiJNTY <br />OF CLJYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That there is hereby established a new and revised Chapter <br />1321 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled <br />"Permit and Inspection Fees", which new and revised Chanter shall read <br />as follows: ? <br />1321.01 GENERAL BUILDING FEES: CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION. <br />The following nermit and inspection fee schedule is authorized to be <br />cha.rged and collected by the Building Corrnnissioner: <br />(a) Residential buildings, new construction: <br />(1) One-family houses: <br />Initial fee ...................... ............$45.00 <br />Plus $2.50 for each 100 sq. ft. of the area of <br />the building including the uppermost stories <br />of usable area. <br />(2) Two-family houses: <br />Initial fee for.each.unit ........... .........$40.00 <br />Plus $2.00 for each 100 sq. ft. of the area of <br />a building, including the uppermost stories of <br />usable area. <br />(3) Apartment houses containing more than two <br />dwelling units: <br />Initial fee for.each umit .....................$30.00 <br />Plus $2.00 for each 100 sq. ft. of the area of <br />a building, including the uppermost stories of <br />usable area. <br />(b) Residential buildings, additions: <br />(1) Initial fee ............... ....................$15.00 <br />(2) Also usable floor area fee per 100 sa. ft. in <br />all stories ................................... $ 1.00 <br />(c) Residential buildings, accessory detached garage: <br />(1) Initial fee...................................$10.00 <br />(2) Also per 100 sq. ft. floor area ............... $ 1.00 <br />(d) Residential buildings, alterations other than additions; <br />(1) Initial fee ...................................$10.00 <br />(2) Also per 100 sq. ft. floor area ............... $ .75 <br />(e) Business or industrial building: <br />(1) Initial fee..................................$340.00 <br />(2) Also per 100 sq. ft. of floor area........... $ 3.00
