WILANIOSKY <br />.?? <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DI?2ECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF A RESTROOM STRUCI'[JRE AT THE BRADLEY ROAD <br />RECREATION FIELD, AND DECLA..RING AN EMERGENCY, <br />AS AMENDED. <br />?VOW, THEREF01tE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COLJNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLTlSTED, <br />OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Safety be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for the construction of a restroom structure <br />at the Bradley Road Recreation Field in accordance with specifications now <br />on file in his office and that upon approval by the Board of Control the Mayor <br />is hereby authorized to enter into contracts and execute same on behalf of the <br />City of North 0 lmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby determined to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare, <br />and for the further reason it is immediately necessary to obtain bids so that <br />construction can commence during the 1979 building season, and further provided <br />it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : <br />ATTEST : <br />F ORENCE E.
