WILAMOSKY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR VARIOUS SUPPLIES <br />FOR USE IN TfIE SERVICE DEPART'??NT, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY 'IHE COUNCIL OF TI-E CITY OF NORTH OUI.STED, COUN'I'Y <br />OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorize to a vertise for bids for Fifty (50) Tons of Chlorine, One Thousand <br />One Hundred (1,100) Gallons of Traffic Paint, Three Thousand Five Hundred (3,500) <br />Tons of Asphalt, and One Thousand (1,000) Tons of Slag, for use in the Service <br />Department, in accordance with specifications now on file in his office, and that <br />upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract and execute the saane on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure irrIIr?e iately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare, and for the further reason it is necessary to carry on <br />a program of preventative maintenance, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force imunediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />e <br />f'gyAr&CC_ <br />F?0 RENCF E.
