That there be appropriated form the Sewer Debt Service <br />Fund the following: <br />Sewer Debt Service Fund ..................... $580,000 <br />Section 3. That there be appropriated from the General Obligation <br />Retirement Fund the following: <br />Bond Retirement Fund ........................ $578,000 <br />Section 4. That there be appropriated from the Special Assessment <br />Bond Retirement Fund the Following: <br />Special Assessment Bond Retirement Fund..... $280,000 <br />Section 5. That there be appropriated from the Police Pension Transfer <br />Fund the following: <br />Police Pension Transfer Fund ................ $ 65,900 <br />Section 6. That there be appropriated from the Fire Pension Transfer <br />Fund the following: <br />Fire Pension Transfer Fund .................. $ 65,900 <br />Section 7. That there be appropriated form the Trust & Agency Fund <br />the following: <br />Trust & Agency Fund ......................... $280,000 <br />Section 8. That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an <br />attested copy of the Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 9. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized to <br />draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approvdd <br />by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or <br />Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall <br />be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority <br />of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided, Further that the appropriations <br />for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council <br />for items of expense constituting a legal obligation against the City and for <br />purposes other than those covered by the other specific appropriations herein <br />made. <br />Section 10. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the <br />earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of <br />NORTH OLMSTED. <br />PASSED: 2?e2iLC/C. a.e .
