BOEHh1ER <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR A SCOREBOARD <br />FOR DIAMOND N0. 2 AT NORTH OLMSTED PARK. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF Tf-lE CITY OP NORTH OLMSTED, COUN'I'Y OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of public Safety be and he is hereby <br />authorized to a vertise for bids for a scoreboard for Diamond No. 2 at North <br />Olmsted Park, in accordance with specifications now on file in his office, <br />and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Ma.yor is hereby authorized <br />to enter into a contract and execute the same on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />SECTION Z: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure inmiediately necessary for the preservation of the public <br />health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason it is irrmiediately <br />necessary to prepare subject baseball diamond for Spring and Swluner play, <br />and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: 1?5.. a?_ <br />ATTEST: <br />/ <br />FL NCE C.ANIP$ELL,CLERJ[/OFCOUNCIL <br />, . <br />First reading: 6 ? <br />Second reading: <br />22 <br />Third reading: <br />.?,?.. <br />H.
