<br />C I TY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 79- 17 <br />BY: <br />el, <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 AND SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE <br />78-107 ENI'ITLED "AN ORDINANCE MIENDING SECTION 1 AND <br />SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE N0. 78-15 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE <br />ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO THE IIMPLOYEES OF <br />THE NORTH OUI,STED MUNICIPAL BUS LINE, AND DECLARING AN <br />FNIERGENCY, AND DECLARING AN IlMERGENCY", AND DECLARING AN <br />DMERGENCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY T'HE COUNCIL OF TFE CITY OF NORTH <br />OL.?LSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHO('aA AND STAT'E OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Section 1 and Section 2 of Ordinance No. 78-107 enacted <br />July 18, 1978, Tich now reads as follows: <br />"SECTION 1: Compensation-Bus Drivers <br />aT t?e -ective August l, 1978, the compensation to be paid to the bus <br />drivers of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be as follows: <br />A. All Full Time I7rivers: <br />1. First year service $6.44 per hour <br />2. Second year service $6.84 per hour <br />3. Third year service $7.24 per hour <br />4. Fourth year service and thereafter, <br />top operator rate $8.05 ner hour. <br />B. All part time drivers shall be paid in a range of $6.00 to <br />$7.00 per hour." <br />"SECTION 2: Compensation-Administrative and Nlaintenance <br />E ective August 1, 1978, the compensation to be paid to the non-bus <br />driving personnel of the North Olmsted D'Iunicipal Bus Line shall be as follows: <br />A. Administrative Personnel: <br />General Manager $223,106 to $269000 <br />Supervisor of Operations $181,900 to $24,750 <br />Supervisor of Ma.intenance $20,500 to $24,800 <br />Assistant Supervisor of <br />P>9aintenance $157000 to $203,000 <br />Administrative Assistant $15,000 to $18,500 <br />Secretary $ 8,000 to $113,500 <br />Zone Supervisor $15,000 to $20,000 <br />B. Maintenance Employees: <br />D7echanic Eauipment $7.875 per hour to start <br /> $8.04 per hour after 1 year <br /> $8.095 per hour after 2 years <br /> $8.255 per hour after 3 years <br />Mechanic Leader $8.54 per hour to start <br /> $8.655 per hour after 1 year <br />Mechanic Apprentice $7.405 per hour to start <br /> $7.61 per hour after 1 year <br /> $7.745 per hour after 2 years <br />Serviceman $7.27 per hour to start <br /> $7.43 per hour after 1 year <br /> $7.60 per hour after 2 years <br />Extra Labor $2.65 to $4.86 per hour"
