? <br />0 <br />CITY OF NORTH OUISTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 79- 16 <br />BY: ?h - <br />? <br />.,w <br />?Iw <br />I <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CONTROL MAP AND FILE OF <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED BY BARRING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES <br />ON THE SIDE OF EACH AND EVERY STREET IN THE CITY OF NORTH <br />0124STED WI-IEREON THE FIRE HYDRAN'fS ARE LOCATED. <br />tiVF-IEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to prohibit parking on all <br />of the streets in the City of North Olmsted on the side of the street whereon <br />fire hydrants are located, and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 305 of the Traffic Code provides for the ma.intenance <br />of the traffic control map, which said map can only be amended by ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THF, CITY OF NORTH <br />OUISTED, COUN'I'Y OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Police Department be and the same is hereby <br />authorize andirected to amend the Traffic Control Ma.p and File of the <br />City of North Olmsted to indicate thereon that no parking shall be permitted on <br />any street in the City on the side whereon fire hydrants are located. <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and he is hereby directed to cause signs <br />to be insta e in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />from and a ter t e earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL; CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DEWEY H.
