We feel that we can get news media coverage after Walls "B" <br />and "C" are completed due to the uniqueness of the design <br />graphics and the uniqueness of the NORC Complex. Again this <br />will make it easier and quicker to sell the advertising space <br />on the remaining wa11,. <br />C. Adding the revenue from Wall "B", "C", "D". <br />1. There is approximately•the same square footage on end walls <br />"A" and "C" (803 sq. ft.) and approximately the same on walls <br />"B" and "D" (1,310 sq, ft.). <br />a. Walls B& D= 2,620 sq, ft. Wall C= 803 sq, ft. <br />$30 sq. ft. $30 sq. ft. <br />$78,600 $24,090 Total Revenue $102,690 from Walls B, C, & D. <br />D. Review of Revenue Breakdoian <br />1. First year revenue will be divided equally between Cimter and <br />City of North Oimsted after expenses incurred are deducted for <br />Wall "B" and "C". - <br />2. Al1 additional revenue will be divided 70,% - City of North _ <br />Olmsred and 30% Cimter for second year and divided iS,G City <br />and 25Z Cimter for third year. . <br />3. At the end of the three year contracts, or at any point in the <br />project NORC shall engage the services of Cimter to promote new <br />or replacement advertisers for their graphic design at normal <br />advertising percentage rates. <br />a. NORC will probably not need to engage anyone to sell or promote <br />- future advertising after the first year, based on our history <br />of 93% renewal on this marketing concept. The 7% needed to <br />fill up the advertising program can easily be solicited by <br />NORC. <br />VI. Additional Sand Blasted Redwood Si ns Upon Completion of the Graphics Project. <br />A. Cimter, Inc. will provide sand blasted redwood directional and <br />identification signs as discussed with NORC management at no charge <br />in the following areas: <br />4
