<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 79-13 <br />BY: <br />r <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TfE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR 30,000 POUNDS OF NITRIC ACID <br />FOR USE AT THE WASTEWATER TREATMEIVT PLANT, AND AUTfiORIZING <br />MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY T!-IE COUNCIL OF TfIE CITY OF NORTH OU'LSTED, COUNI'Y OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for 30,000 pounds of nitric acid for use <br />at the Wastewater Treatment PlaTt? in accordance with specifications now on <br />file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor <br />is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute the same on behalf <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after t e earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: g_ f pZ? <br />ATTEST: <br />FLaRENCE C?
