<br />without said easement premises which may interfere with the installation, maintenance, repair, or operation of said electric and/or
<br />telephone facilities, and with the right of access, ingress, and egress to and from ariy of the within described premises for exercising
<br />any of the, purposes of this right of way and easement grant.
<br />Every building, edifice or other structure on aforesaid premises shall be restricted to and serviced by underground t•Ieetrie cahli~~ti and
<br />the facilities located on or beneath the ground surface appurtenant to said underground electric cables as are necessary or cnncen~ent
<br />for the operation and maintenance of said underground electric cables. In .the event of a distribution or service cable failure, temporary
<br />service connections will be made, using above ground or overhead conductors.
<br />The grade or contour of the aforesaid easement premises shall not hereafter be substantially increased, decreased or otherwise changed
<br />or altered without the written consent of The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company., its successors and assigns. This shall constr
<br />cute express notice that changes in. grade~or land contour may result in damage to underground electric facilities.
