CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76 - ~9,2, <br />BY . s!~ <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE SHORE WEST CONSTRUCTION <br />COMPANY SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED <br />WHEREAS, the Shore West Construction Company Subdivision <br />was approved by the Planning Commission on December 14, 1976 <br />and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision is portions of seven (7) parcels <br />which, after resubdivision, will constitute 14 lots, located off <br />Palm Drive in the vicinity of Columbia Road, and <br />WHEREAS, said plan has been approved by the City Engineer <br />as being in conformance with Resolutions and Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council, having been advised of the <br />approvals tie Planning Commission of the plat of the Shore West <br />Construction Company Subdivision and also having been advised by <br />the City Engineer that it meets the rec{uirements of the Resolutions <br />and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, hereby approves <br />said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution <br />the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said Subdivision plat <br />to be recorded according to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force r~ om and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: l ~'7 <br />ATTEST: <br />' i <br />G/~t-tt./ ~/ <br />Nora T.
