CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br /> <br />RESOLTUION N0. 76 - /~i'9 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN <br />A CONTRACT WITH THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY GENERAL <br />HEALTH DISTRICT FOR THE YEAR 1977, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted under O.R.C. 3709.08 is <br />a member of the General Health District of Cuyahoga County, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted must enter into a contract <br />for the year 1977 for health services to be performed by the <br />Cuyahoga County General Health District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into <br />a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit <br />"A", with the Cuyahoga County General Health District tolrovide <br />health services to the City of North Olmsted from January 1, 1977 <br />through December 31, 1977. <br />SECTION 2: That a copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded <br />to the i~rec'tor of Finance for authority to pay semi-annual layments <br />under the provisions of this contract. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason <br />that it is immediately necessary for the continuity of health services <br />to the residents of the City of North Olmsted, and further provided <br />it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~,ccs.~~ ~ ~ / <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora '1'. rilll, ~1erx of council <br />APPRO ED: ~~, err/?y/ <br />we i ert, rest nt ounce <br /> <br />
