r °~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 76 - ~ls 7 <br />BY : _ e! d~_____ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE <br />OF SURPLUS PROPERTY OWNED BY THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED AND LOCATED <br />AT THE INTERSECTION OF MCKENZIE <br />ROAD AND WINDSOR DRIVE, IN THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the Council and the administration have determined <br />that the parcel known as Permanent Parcel No. 234-26-120, <br />located at the intersection of McKenzie Road and Windsor Drive, <br />owned by the City of North Olmsted, is no longer needed for <br />municipal purposes, and, <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of Council to sell said parcel <br />of land in accordance with law: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the following described real estate <br />belonging to t e City of North Olmsted is not needed for municipal <br />purposes, to wit: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part <br />of Original North Olmsted Township Lot No. 15, Tract <br />No. 6, and forming a parcel of land bounded and <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at an iron pin at the intersection of the <br />center line of McKenzie Road, 60 feet wide, with <br />the Southerly line of said Olmsted Township Lot <br />No. 15, said iron pin being also in the Southeasterly <br />corner of a parcel of land formerly registered in the <br />name of the Cleveland Trust Company by Certificate of <br />Title No. 36209 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />Thence North 0°30'00" West along said center line of <br />McKenzie Road 277.10 feet to the principal place of <br />beginning of the parcel herein intended to be described, <br />said beginning point is also at the Northeasterly corner <br />of premises registered to Donald H. Goede and Betty L. <br />Goede, in Certificate of Title No. 49945; <br />Thence North 0°30'00" West along said center line of <br />McKenzie Road, 3 feet to a point which is distant South <br />0°30'00" East, measured along said center line 3012.01 <br />feet from the Northeasterly corner of said parcel of <br />land registered by Certificate of Title No. 36209; <br />.a r'~x+...i'M1, mK4li .q. .. _ aetpA+%I~tlFentlr+~. *4F!~ ~~ ..._ aWS'"~ <br />
