It appearing to this Board that substantially all of. the <br />subdivisions of Cuyahoga County entitled to receive a portion of <br />the Local Government Funds for the year 1976, have subscribed their <br />approval to the distribution provided for in this Judgment Entry <br />by their written consents filed with this Board and that such non- <br />consenting subdivisions will not in any way be damaged by the <br />interim distribution requested. <br />It further appearing to this Board that many of the consent- <br />ing subdivisions of Cuyahoga County, requesting the interim distribu- <br />tion, will be adversely affected financially if such interim distribu- <br />tion is not made. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that, pending any appeals to this <br />Board, the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be, and he hereby is, directed <br />to distribute to each of the hereinafter-listed subdivisions of <br />Cuyahoga County, as set forth in Exhibit "A" the amounts set forth <br />to each subdivision in Exhibit "A" for the year 1976. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the amounts so paid by the County <br />Auditor under the authority of this Judgment Entry shall be credited <br />on the amounts of local government funds ultimately found due to <br />each of said municipalities and governmental units. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, the anticipated excess proceeds <br />for the year 1976 shall be retained by the County Auditor for the <br />purpose of adjusting the various subdivisions' shares after the Board <br />of Tax Appeals' decision. <br />-2- <br /> <br />
