.- _ ,~ r CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 76 - /~.~~ BY: AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM C SINGLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT. WHEREAS, it appears that the zoning that applies to the below described real property is improper under the conditions presently existing and inadec{uate for the development and use of this land, and WHEREAS, after a careful consideration, the Planning Commission of this City, on the 12th day of October, 1976, recommended approval of the change of the district herein specified: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION l: That after submission of this ordinance to the Planning Commission of this City for its approval, and after a public hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of this City, entitled "The Council - Enactment of Zoning Ordinances and Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City and its approval by the Mayor of this City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended, and as amended be and the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning of the following described parcel of land from C Single Residence District to Multiple Residence District: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of original Dover Township Lot No. 9 and bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of Brookpark Road (160 feet wide), with the centerline of Columbia Road (60.00 feet wide), thence North 2°30'58" West along the center- line of Columbia Road a distance of 423.94 feet to an iron pin; thence North 20°21'20" West along the centerline of Columbia Road, a distance of 23.12 feet to the principal place of beginning; Thence North 89°08'36" East a distance of 382.87 feet to a point; Thence North 0°51'24" West a distance of 220.35 feet to a point; Thence South 89°08'36" West a distance of 461.07 feet to a point in the centerline of Columbia Road; Thence South 20°21'20" East a distance of 234.30 feet to the principal place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. SECTION 2: That the Clerk of this Council be and she is hereby directe to cause a notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of this City.
